When it came, clothing, Greeks showcases fashion, simply, to taste. There were essentially two types of material that was used for clothing of the period. During the summer season, flax was the material of choice. During the winter months, the ancient Greeks wore wool clothing. Meanwhile, it was customary for people to buy clothes and towels in the market. Although this is a desirable concept, but also more expensive.

The fashion in ancient Greece were simple such as clothing practices expressed stylistic function. That's why there were no significant differences between different social strata. The only difference was that the upper classes have a lot of clothes, while the poor were forced to have very little clothing.
